Greenwood School is a school in Jacksonville, FL. The institution provides a challenging and supportive education to middle and high school students with learning differences, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorders, dyslexia, ADHD, and auditory or visual processing delays. The school offers academic programs for students in grades 6-12, utilizing a standard academic curriculum with accommodations that leads to a traditionally tracked diploma.

Established in 1985 by educators and parents, the school focuses on meeting the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs of each student through adaptive multisensory instruction. The school operates in a positive, safe, and secure environment designed to help students develop the skills necessary to achieve their potential. The faculty and staff are highly trained to differentiate instruction for every learner. Following a capital campaign that began in 1999, the school transitioned from leased church spaces to its own campus located on land donated by David Stein.
