Dr. Bruksch, a native of the Chicagoland area, attended Northwestern University and trained at the University of Illinois at Chicago and University of Minnesota, where he served as past president of the Illinois Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and chaired the state’s anesthesia safety committee. Dr. Ozment completed his dental education at Indiana University and his surgical residency at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois. Dr. Richard, a former U.S. Navy dental officer, graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and completed his residency training after his service.

The office is located on N Route 31 in Crystal Lake, IL, near the intersection of Route 31 and the surrounding residential and commercial corridor. The practice operates from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to noon, with hours subject to change due to hospital commitments. It is one of several locations serving the region, including offices in Huntley, Lake Geneva, and Burlington.
