John “Johnny” Thomas, who began helping in the shop at age five, took over in 1991 alongside his wife Therese. He continues to lead the business and is actively involved in the Springfield community, including leadership roles in local homeowner and bowling associations. The team includes Therese, who has worked alongside Johnny for over a dozen years, and apprentice Chase, who has contributed to the shop’s growth.
