Jill Blaisdell, a Certified Functional Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, supports the clinic with 8 years of clinical experience. She works with patients to create custom nutrition plans that avoid fad diets, focusing instead on sustainable steps, food knowledge, and addressing lifestyle barriers.

The clinic is located at 951 E Plaza Dr #110 in Eagle. Office hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm.
