Gwinnett School of Dance

Gwinnett School of Dance is a dance studio in Lawrenceville, GA. Located at 2057 Grayson Hwy, the studio serves dancers of every age, offering classes in ballet, hip hop, jazz, tap, and other styles for kids, teens, and adults. The curriculum is designed to help students build confidence, skill, and stage experience, welcoming both complete beginners and experienced dancers. The studio operates on a seasonal basis, with registration open for the 2026-2027 season, and offers free trial classes for those new to the program or returning to dance.

The studio is led by a team of dedicated instructors, administrators, and owners who focus on creating a supportive and professional environment. Keri Beth Dlearo, the Director and Ballet Instructor, has been dancing for 50 years and teaching dance for 30 years. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance, graduating cum laude after receiving scholarships from the Florida State University Dance Department and the Humana Foundation. Ms. Dlearo has performed with Tallahassee’s Dance Repertory Theater at venues including the Kennedy Center and has studied with renowned dance masters such as Lynda Davis, Gwynne Ashton, and Ann Reinking. Since returning to Atlanta, she has danced professionally with Lee Harper and Dancers, Core Performance Company, Beacon Dance, and the Kris Cangelosi Dance Project. She was also a founding member of the Miriam Arensberg Dance Company. The studio maintains specific hours to accommodate students, operating Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with closures on Sundays.

Gwinnett School of Dance holds a rating of 4.30. The studio’s approach to instruction emphasizes meeting students where they are, providing guidance on attire and class selection to ensure a comfortable and effective learning experience.
