Suncoast Ballroom

Suncoast Ballroom is a Dance Studio in Largo, FL. It is a family-owned ballroom dance facility offering private and group dance lessons, social parties, dinner dances, and a boutique for dance clothing and shoes. The studio specializes in both International and American style dancing and caters to a wide range of dancers, from casual social dancers to serious competitors. With instructors available six nights a week, it serves students from throughout the region. The studio maintains a 4.90 rating and is located at 7500 Ulmerton Rd #7.

Suncoast Ballroom is operated by Joe Taylor and Elissa Silvers, both certified with the National Dance Council of America and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance in Standard and Latin styles. Joe has over 30 years of teaching experience and is a registered adjudicator in several dance categories. Elissa has trained extensively in both American and International styles and has taught in the St. Petersburg area for 18 of her 23 years in the field. The studio has earned multiple awards, including Top Studio and Top Teacher at the Spring Fling Competition in Tampa in 2015.

Suncoast Ballroom offers a 3300 square foot smooth maple dance floor and emphasizes a professional approach to dance instruction, with no contracts required for group classes. With a welcoming environment and a variety of lesson options, it provides a refined experience for dancers of all levels.
