Swan Brewing

Swan Brewing is a craft brewery in Lakeland, FL, located at 115 W. Pine St. in downtown Lakeland. The brewery offers 30 rotating craft beers, including IPAs, stouts, sours, pilsners, and seasonals, alongside a curated wine selection, cider, non-alcoholic options, and sodas. It features a covered lakefront patio overlooking Lake Wire, live music six nights a week, food trucks, trivia, music bingo, and community events. The space is family and pet-friendly, with a vibrant atmosphere that draws locals and visitors alike. The building, originally an auto repair shop since the mid-1940s, retains its original sealed concrete floors, raw walls, and historic character, including a bar made from a salvaged bowling alley lane and a wall constructed from hurricane-damaged fence panels. Swan Brewing opened in April 2018, growing from a homebrewing stall at Lakeland’s Saturday farmers market.

The brewery’s history is deeply rooted in the community, with its space preserved in its original state, no renovations have obscured its 80 years of wear. The 3,900-square-foot taproom features exposed brewing equipment visible through glass windows, a metal winged figure symbolizing the ancient goddess Ninkasi, and a traffic light suspended from the ceiling. The covered patio offers views of Lake Wire, a 20-acre lake known for its scenic sunsets.
