ZIAMI Distillery was founded in 2017 by two Army veterans with a vision to craft distinctive Florida spirits using locally sourced ingredients, beginning with rum made from Florida-grown sugarcane. Originally focused on rum production, the company adapted during the COVID-19 pandemic by manufacturing hand sanitizer before reorganizing in 2021 to specialize in contract distillation and co-packing.
