Blue Dragon Taekwon-Do

Blue Dragon Taekwon-Do is a martial arts school in Golden Glades, FL, offering ITF Taekwon-Do training for all ages and abilities. His daughter, Miss Lyndsay Walkinshaw, holds a 5th Degree Black Belt and is an internationally recognized instructor and former national champion. Both lead a team of trained instructors dedicated to excellence in ITF Taekwon-Do. The school maintains official registration with ITF HQ Korea and offers private training, group classes, and competitive squad preparation. Programs include fun, developmental classes for young children, adult fitness and self-defense, and advanced training for black belt candidates.
