Established in 1992, Sunnier Palms operates as a clothing-free co-operative community. The 30-acre property is nestled among citrus groves and Florida pines, featuring a large agricultural field and a wooded half-mile walking trail that runs alongside a small pond. As an AANR affiliated nudist park, the community upholds the high standards of the American Association for Nudist Recreation and its sister organization, AANR of Florida. The park's success is driven by a dedicated group of volunteers and members who maintain the pristine facilities. The grounds include 53 total sites, 35 of which are dedicated to resident homes, while 18 sites are available for visiting guests.

Located on Okeechobee Rd Ofc, the park is situated near the intersection of Florida's Turnpike and South Kings Highway. It is a short drive from the Chupco's Landing Community Center.
