Buckman Brewhouse is a brewery in Cabot, Arkansas. It serves craft brews, kombucha, sourdough bread, hand crafted sodas, and Brewhouse menu items, and it holds a rating of 4.60 from the customers who have reviewed it.
The brewhouse traces its brewing heritage through more than 200 years of family history, from the Buckman Tavern in Massachusetts in 1776 to Grandpa Bucky during the 1930s, and it continues that tradition in Cabot. The taps pour craft brews brewed on-site, from hoppy IPAs to rich stouts and crisp lagers, alongside house made craft sodas, kombuchas and mock tails. The kitchen turns out handhelds built on artisanal breads with fresh meats and cheeses, hand-cut fries, house-made sauces, and fresh salads. Chris Robbins is the Master Brewer, with a decade of brewing behind him and years spent pastoring and teaching before that. Kim Robbins leads the kitchen as sourdough master and chef, and the brewhouse also teaches the craft: a roughly two-hour sourdough class walks participants through caring for a starter, mixing, folding, shaping, and fermenting, with a fresh Buckman Sourdough loaf, a loaf of dough to bake at home, and a piece of the Buckman starter, Frodough Baggins, to take away.
Buckman Brewhouse is located at 114 W Pine St in Cabot, Arkansas.
What the brewhouse is known for is the welcome it extends: a place where regulars and first-time visitors alike are treated like family, built on good food, craft drink, and community.
