Spruced Up Staging + Design is a luxury home staging and design firm based in Fairhope, Alabama. Formed in 2018 by Stephanie Cunningham, she recognized the importance and need for helping buyers of homes visualize the spaces and their potential. Stephanie graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors of Industrial Design degree. Upon completion of school, she gained experience working in environmental design in firms based in Birmingham and Nashville. Shortly after school, she earned her real estate license, thus beginning her real estate career, which led her to the home staging industry. Since formation, she has staged and helped design over 300 homes within Baldwin and Mobile County. With over 10 years of experience in the real estate and design industry, she provides a fresh perspective to interiors in homes. Stephanie approaches each home with artistry and intention that results in captivated buyers and clients, as well as sold homes.
