The brewery’s roots trace back to 2010, when a former bus barn in Denali Park was converted into a brewpub and restaurant. The space features repurposed materials, such as a fire pit made from a cement mixer and a community table built on boulders. The brewery’s interior includes reclaimed wood from trees used to create the beer garden, and it houses a collection of 300 whiskies. The annual Augtoberfest celebration, held in late September or October, began as a unique indoor event featuring international music and traditional Bavarian cuisine, and has since become a signature tradition.
