Poetica of Barrow

Poetica is a graphic designer in Anchorage, AK. Led by Emily Tallman, the studio utilizes an interdisciplinary approach to tackle various design challenges through strategic and meaningful solutions. Before establishing the business in 2016, Tallman served as an art director and senior account executive. Her background includes extensive involvement in the Anchorage arts community, having served as an associate poetry editor for Cirque Literary Journal and as a board member for the Anchorage Folk Festival and The Music Machine. Her design work has been recognized annually by the American Institute for Graphic Arts Alaska, including receiving Gold/Best in Category for the Music Alaska logo.
